- Raj Ghat and Nigambodh Ghat are located at banks of the River Yamuna.
- Giani Zail Singh was the Only Sikh President of India (7th President).
- Buddha Poornima Park is also known as PV Ghat, the Resting Place of P. V. Narshimha Rao – 9th Prime Minister of India.
- A.P.J. Abdul Kalam – Father of India’s nuclear missile program – India’s First & Only Scientist President (11th President).
